Refund policy

Easy, hassle free returns + exchanges.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@elysiancouture.com with your reason for wanting to return an item. Once we approve the return, we’ll send you a return label as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first, will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return/exchange inquiry.


Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), books + magazines, intimates, or sanitary goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or consignment.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your store credit lasts for 1 full year from issue date.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your item is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following of your choice within 3-4 business days: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit (store credit), or in special circumstances, a refund to the original form of payment used to pay for the item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Additional Instructions

For some items, there will be separate return instructions inside your packaging. Please check the invoice in your packaging for those specified return instructions. If there are no specified instructions, please email us: hello@elysiancouture.com for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Please be aware that when your package is marked as delivered to your address, we are no longer responsible and cannot replace your item(s) if your package is stolen on your property.
